No. 2 vintage handmade glazed Fangotto plates from Caltagirone, Sicily. These plates, known as "Fangotti" were generally used to dry tomatoes in the Sicilian sun. They were hand made in Caltagirone in Sicily where they've been handcrafting ceramics since the 8th Century BC. Early to mid 20th century In antique/vintage condition with signs of age and wear.
