Wonderful antique glazed Italian bowl in terracotta with antique wooden scoop. The scoop is particularly special having been carved from one piece of wood. Early 1900s These bowls were an essential feature of southern Italian kitchens. Known as Limmi in Puglia. Characteristic irregular and unique green colour. Handmade antique ceramic item so please expect some imperfections and signs of age. Glaze missing in parts. Aged but stable crack to bowl. Please see all photos.
